When can I expect delivery?

Simplay3's average delivery time is 2 days, but can be up to 4 or 5 days to certain regions on the West Coast. Please see Shipping Details | Simplay3 for more information.

Can I track my package?

A tracking number will be emailed to the email address entered at the time of purchase once the product has shipped. Please go to FedEx.com or UPS.com and enter your tracking number in the space provided.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Simplay3.com ships to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
