Parts Requests / Returns

Replacement parts are provided by Simplay3 for products with missing or defective parts. These requests are typically shipped the same day and will arrive in the same amount of time as your order was delivered.
Prepaid return label cost is provided by Simplay3 for defective items (items with parts that cannot be replaced) only. We do not accept returns on used products (products that have been used, assembled with hardware or decals). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Following receipt and inspection, a 20% restocking fee (returns must be inspected, sorted, re-boxed, and re-shelved) will be applied to the refund.
